Dedicated Service
Some web providers operate an additional dial-up Internet service which slows down their connection to the Internet. Since we are not an Internet Access provider, our scalable bandwidth lines are entirely dedicated to web hosting.
Industry analysts claim that telecom circuit failure is to blame for nearly 70% of all server downtime. Because of our unique Internet connection, we do not need to connect to the Internet via a telecom circuit as most of our competitors do.

Instead, our connections run from our network directly to Cogent, Level 3’s and AT&T’s points of presence. No matter what our client’s bandwidth needs are, we have the resources to meet them.
Fast and Reliable Network
If you can reach Yahoo! and MySpace, you can reach our network.
We also primarily rely on a Cogent GigE (Gigabit Ethernet) network connection - GigE is running at 1000mbs compared to OC3 at 155mbs or OC12 at 622mbs.
This network is linked to over 30 points across the Canada and the United States. Cogent’s facilities-based all-optical end-to-end IP network enables 100 Mbps connectivity, a rate that is about 100 times faster than observed T1 capacity (or 65 times faster than the published rate of 1.544 Mbps).
All routers are deployed in a redundant configuration, with fully redundant power supplies and route switch processors. They’re equipped with battery backup equipment and emergency generators. In fact, the architecture enables immediate rerouting around outages for almost instantaneous service restoration. The MIS Access Redundancy Options optimize the performance of multiple, dedicated Internet circuits while eliminating single points of failure in the access circuits and routers.
With these three carriers, our router has up to 150,000 possible routes to send each packet of data. Because your site will actually be on a backbone, you will be provided with one of the fastest, most reliable connections available.
